An ash emission event at Redoubt volcano occurred at 9:44 AKDT (17:44 UTC) this morning and produced an ash plume to about 27,000 feet above sea level. The event lasted for about 10 minutes and appears to have ended.Radar showed a cloud top at 27,000 ft above sea level at the time of heightened tremor. Explosive activity at Mt.
